One Next.js codebase serving three brands from a shared Firestore content layer, with hostname routing so each site keeps its own name and look. The same content generates the human pages and the machine-readable layer — llms.txt, JSON-LD, and a JSON Resume endpoint — so the record never drifts out of sync with itself. Built to publish once and syndicate.
