Own events, marketing, partnerships, web, and the venue's operating technology for Seattle's waterfront landmark.

  • Delivered 190 events for 10,320 guests (Jan 2023 – Jul 2026): $874K in event actuals, $1.27M in recorded grand totals.
  • Built the bulk-ticket partner channel end to end — segmentation, tiered pricing, collateral, contracts, invoicing, controls, and partner relationships — producing $720K+ in documented sales. Anchor partners include Seattle Marriott Waterfront and W Seattle.
  • Landed and ran enterprise and media productions: Microsoft Global Sales Team Celebration ($60,375), the Delta program ($33,207), and support for Netflix’s Love Is Blind.
  • Led the OpenTable-to-Toast Tables migration and vendor expense audits, eliminating roughly $42K in annual recurring cost.
  • Designed the GWP Automation Hub: TripleSeat lead intake and routing, PMIX/COGS analysis, pricing, XtraChef audits, and Microsoft 365 activity summaries.
  • Built a 10-stage client communication journey plus competitor analysis, baseline pricing, sales assets, SOPs, catering materials, and PCI-compliant e-signature processes.
  • Built and modernized pier57.events and the venue’s customer communications.
  • Ran the technology stack hands-on: Toast POS setup, training, menu and pricing work; Aloha Cloud conversion; Avero; Wi-Fi, networking, printers, phones, and computers.
